Quality ingredients are a must at Camelot Coffee!
But they aren't everything....

Knowledge and experience are equally as important!

Our owner is a trained Chef with years of experience in food service. She holds many certifications in the culinary world.
One of them being a ServSafe Instructor/Proctor. Which means that food safety and sanitation is a MUST! All staff is trained or certified.

She developed the only kids culinary education program with a comprehensive curriculum in NW Indiana and has been teaching it for over 10 years.
She has taught hospitality and food safety at 2 local High Schools and is often asked to be a guest speaker at many culinary/food business start up seminars all over Indiana.

She owns Nana Clare's Kitchen in Valparaiso IN. which is a commercial kitchen to rent and a culinary education center.
Right now they have 22 talented renters that operate their food businesses out of Nana Clare's.
They also teach culinary classes, host birthday parties, food challenges such as "chopped" and special events like our "Harry Potter cooking experience."

ALL products sold at Camelot Coffee are produced by Chef Gina herself, her staff or one of the amazing food businesses at Nana Clare's Kitchen. 

Our menu of baked goods will change to offer a variety but we will always keep a few of the favorites around. 

We will always carry Gluten Free and Vegan options.

We will always post what business made the product with their contact information so you can order directly from them!
